This team powers how over 250,000 clinicians get paid, from client billing and insurance claims to managed billing services and payment infrastructure.You’ll partner with senior product and engineering leaders to shape the next generation of financial tools that reduce complexity around insurance, ensure compliance, and make the business of care feel effortless. Ability to partner with Product and Engineering on AI-informed UX strategy and system designDeep expertise in org design and buildout, delivering hiring plans, team structures, leadership development.Proven success scaling design systems, governance models, and quality standards across complex platformsStrong executive presence: comfortable presenting to VP+ audiences, including Commercial, Legal, and Engineering leadershipExcellent cross-functional communicator, especially with Legal, Compliance, and RevOpsPrior experience with billing, claims, or payment tools is a strong plusStrong people leader with a track record of mentoring senior ICs and growing resilient design teamsExperience with Figma, FigJam, and Miro; comfortable in Jira, Notion, and dashboards #LI-RemoteBase Compensation Range$220,000 - $240,000 annuallyBase salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
