The role you’re applying for

We’re on the lookout for a Partnerships Manager with a knack for relationship building in the web3 and blockchain ecosystem. If you consider yourself ‘a connector’, live and breathe within the web3 research and community space, and thrive on the collaborative nature of researching for real-world use-cases, we’d love to have you on board. Bring your expertise to the table and join us in discovering cutting-edge web3 technology to tackle real-world challenges.

What you’ll be doing

  • Structure deal flow pipelines on a recurring basis.
  • Set up campaigns for developing new partnerships.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track the performance of customer retention and engagement.
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities for reports.
  • Research and identify potential partners, including industry leaders and academic institutions.
  • Engage with new revenue exploration activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Negotiate agreements, lead negotiations, and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration; work closely with internal teams, including research, marketing, and finance, to align partnership activities with company goals.

What we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in partnership management.
  • Experience in sales and monthly revenue generation through partnerships.
  • Experience in business development for a Web3 company.
  • Managing customers at scale.
  • Prospecting skills.

Extra credit:

  • Experience and understanding of the Web3 research space.
  • Experience with Membership NFTs.
