The opportunity

As the partnerships manager at Recover, you’ll work directly with the CEO to own growth, develop and own our relationships with governments, and lead Recover’s interactions with partners. You will have the opportunity to build a team and relationships. solve problems, and drive Recover helping more people. High degree of autonomy and ownership available, with as much support as needed. This role scales up founder time and puts you in line to own growth into the future. 

This role is FTE and fully remote. You will report directly to Recover’s CEO Nick Gulino. Competitive salary, equity, and unlimited PTO.

Key responsibilities

Account management: Support Recover’s existing partners.

  • Own our relationships with partners (governments, insurers, medical providers, etc.)
  • Drive relationship expansion 
  • Use data to improve partnerships and optimize follow-up and follow-through
  • Analyze data to improve outcomes
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic plans and distill these into actionable results

Go-to-market: Expand Recover’s reach. Lead partnership development. 

  • Identify optimal channels and geographies for expansion
  • Codify go-to-market strategies 
  • Build a team and repeatable process for scaling partnerships
  • Develop partnerships in new geographies

Patient service: Lead Recover’s onboarding and patient services team.

  • Improve patient enrollment processes
  • Define metrics to drive patient satisfaction and improve them relentlessly
  • Build and lead a best-in-class patient care organization
  • Work closely with our operations and clinical teams to ensure a smooth process for patients and partners

Need to have:

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., sales ops, customer service leadership, enterprise sales / account management)

Systems: You think in and build out systems. You are structured in your thinking and work.

Complexity: You’re highly organized, good at planning, and can complete multiple projects successfully at once.

Mindset: You want to grow and are comfortable with uncertainty.

Learning: You're an autodidact with impressive speed and resourcefulness. You regularly teach yourself the skills you need from scratch.

Ownership: You’re a self-starter and are solution oriented. You try to find problems and own the process of solving them.

Humility: You’re good with rolling up your sleeves and doing the work that isn’t glamorous. 

People: You thrive in working closely with people and developing relationships. 

Nice to have:

  • You have a criminal record or history with substance use
