By extending $M into their own stablecoin, businesses can monetize their digital dollar use cases and maintain control over their money tech stack, while not being burdened by operational heavy-lifting.M0 is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems through automation, monitoring, and encryption-first architectures. This position requires hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native security best practices, along with a strong understanding of performance optimization and cost-efficient infrastructure design.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.Lead the development and evolution of our internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to support engineering teams and improve developer experience.Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe, and automated deployments.Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of infrastructure through monitoring, tuning, and continuous optimization.Apply cloud-native security best practices.Manage containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes in prod environments.Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.Job requirements5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.Experience with blockchain protocols and distributed systems.Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining systems with tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TravisCI, or Jenkins.Lead and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to guarantee seamless, fully automated deployments across various blockchain networks.Proficient in monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in cloud and blockchain contexts.Skilled in scripting (e.g., Bash) and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.Fluent in English.Skills & AttributesProactive problem solver: You have a forward-thinking mindset, actively identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes decisive action to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Collaborative communicator: You foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, back-end developers and designers. Team-oriented mindset: You are always ready to help colleagues within and outside your team and seek assistance when neededDelivery-focused: You have a clear understanding of the objectives and goals and direct your efforts towards achieving them. All done!Your application has been successfully submitted!Other jobs
