ZND is a revolutionary digital asset management platform for anyone who wants to explore the finance, Web 3.0 and blockchain worlds in a safe and intuitive environment. This strategic collaboration brings together ICEO's expertise in building and scaling valuable startups in the innovative finance space and zondacrypto's status as the largest, most regulated exchange in the CEE region and a community of over 1.2 million active users.

About the role:

We seek a Senior Product Designer with exceptional visual skills to join our ZND team, known as the "Balloon," to enhance our UX and UI standards. If you admire companies like Revolut, Monzo, and Zonda and are eager to contribute to an innovative web3 platform, this is your opportunity. This role demands someone with extensive experience across the product design cycle, from benchmarking to UI design and testing. You will start from first principles to solve customer problems with insight and innovation. This role requires humility, curiosity, collaboration, craft, and drive. We value T-shaped professionals with a focus on visual design and are prepared to support growth in UX areas as needed, as you’ll become a part of a multidisciplinary team of product designers.

What do we expect from you?

• Professional Experience and Specialization: A minimum of 7 years in UX/UI design with a proven track record of leading significant design projects. You have a portfolio reflecting the latest trends in design (think Revolut/Wise) and experience across multiple employers and projects.

• Focused Expertise: You specialize in UI design, with capable skills in UX and research. You also have a passion for creating detailed, high-fidelity visual designs with a clean design sense. You possess the ability to develop components and systems, with a strong understanding of the importance of documentation.

• Challenge and elevate: You can think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions as well as the ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions. You take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team. Your innovative contributions refine our design approach, setting new standards that influence and inspire across projects.

• Communication and Mentorship:You excel at mentoring other designers, enhancing their skills and fostering a learning culture within our team. You effectively communicate, bridging the gap between creative ideas and their technical execution, and you are adept at promoting your designs both internally and externally.

• FinTech & Web3 Interest:You have a keen interest and background in FinTech and web3, staying current with industry design trends, with experience in designing fintech dashboards and managing design systems.

• Europe based: You must be based in Europe and within +2 hours of Central European Time (CET).

Recruitment process:

• Resume and portfolio check - we do it in 3 days

• Screening with recruiter - (45 mins) - we will tell you about us and our projects and ask you basic questions about your experience to check if it’s a match :)

• Meet the design team- (1 hour) - Interview meeting with designers to discuss your portfolio, design practices and knowledge OR to present a recent case from your portfolio

• Final Meeting: Meet the leadership team - (1 hour) - meeting with the team: Head of Design / Head of Product and/or Tech Lead to discuss collaboration approach and cultural fit
