We're seeking an Associate Experience Design Director to lead our creative application of technology, blending it seamlessly with user insights and business needs. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility. Your expertise will ensure our work not only meets strategic goals but also enhances user experience.
Responsibilities:
Ideate on innovative ways to build brands through unique tactics and innovative technologies
Establish creative vision and maintain brand standards across multiple projects
Collaborate with leadership to maintain creative direction
Provide day-to-day direction to the Experience team
Lead overarching brand experience initiatives in collaboration with strategy and account teams
Drive strategic discussions with clients to develop innovative design solutions
Qualifications:
5-7 years' experience in digital design and creative leadership
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
Experience directing design for 2D & 3D, traditional and digital media
Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field
Portfolio Development:
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience design work, including healthcare advertising projects, is essential
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Design or Related Field – graphic design, visual communications, advertising design. We also consider candidates with degrees in fine arts or other creative disciplines, particularly if supplemented with relevant experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $150,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
