Hi, this is Binari, founding CEO of Best in Slot. We’re a lean team of 9, providing infrastructure for Bitcoin-native assets, powering over 100 companies and 1,000+ developers. On the consumer side, we run a crypto-asset aggregator and are steadily expanding our range of products and services.

Up until now, I’ve been steering all the design work myself, moving fast with quick, scrappy solutions. Now it’s time to elevate our design game, and we’re looking to onboard a skilled Product Designer to the crew.

Your key tasks will include:

• Re-designing and iterating on the web and mobile versions of Bestinslot.xyz

• Designing new interfaces for our upcoming products

• Evolving our brand's look and feel

• Assisting our marketing efforts with visuals

Key qualities we're looking for:

• Super-fluent with Figma and knowledgeable in developer hand-off best practices

• Can ship quickly and iterate over time

• Able to digest data-heavy, numbers-driven interfaces and craft clean & slick designs

• Able to establish a cohesive design language that serves as a foundation across all our products

• We don't have set working hours. You should be able to manage your time and energy well.

• A strong understanding of crypto products is a big plus. If you’re not experienced with the web3 world, we expect you to be eager and quick to learn. We’ll support you in getting up to speed quickly, and this can be a unique opportunity for you to develop a deep understanding of the crypto space.

• Experience with shipping large-scale products with millions of pages is a plus.

• Previous experience in a remote-first, fast-paced start-up environment is a plus.
