Your role at Exness:
You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content and ads that showcase our products, services, and brand. You will work closely with a variety of teams and specialists, from product owners to producers and outside contractors, to deliver impactful results.
You will:
Produce engaging ads for acquisition campaigns across a variety of platforms including META, TikTok, Google and more.
Identify and build great relationships with top-level artists, agencies and designers.
The senior motion designer maintains high visual standards, and a strong attention to detail, client, audience, story, and context.
Collaborate with the Media Buying team and build iterative processes to optimize creatives towards higher performance.
Adhere to the branding guidelines and provide feedback to the HOD and other stakeholders for improvements.
Be able to provide guidance and support and knowledge sharing whereas is needed for example onboarding new people or agencies according to business needs.
Provide art direction, brand stewardship, and hands on design and animation for other projects outside acquisition.
Work closely with the creative operations team to ensure assets meet technical and aesthetic standards as well as align to business goals.
Research and adopt new tools to speed up / enhance production such as AI production tools for video and voice, etc.
What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or other relevant field.
7+ years of professional experience in a similar industry
Experience working in performance / acquisition departments
Understanding of performance metrics for videos (CTR, CPAs, etc)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (notably After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Maya will be considered as a plus
Character animator skills will be considered a plus.
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to translate concepts into motion graphics.
Advanced proficiency in English is a must
