No Agencies Please! I want to work with a designer one on one, no salespeople responding

We're a stealth startup that raised a large seed round with reputable investors to work with governments worldwide (starting with a country in the Balkans) to build the first fully autonomous AI cities (Ill explain more over our call).

I am looking for a UI designer that has also some illustration chops (not a must but a bonus) to help me create this concept for a slide deck for pitching investors, stakeholders, etc.

I need someone that's available starting tomorrow/weekend or Monday max and ready to work 4-8 hours a day.
