Who We Are

We are an entrepreneurial Health & Wellness start-up gearing up to launch a direct-to-consumer telehealth platform. Our flagship service is designed to support individuals on their weight loss journey by connecting them with licensed clinical providers, proven medications, and personalized coaching. We’re reshaping the health and wellness experience, re-defining on-demand care with a digital-first approach.

Why You’ll Love Joining

  • Join a dynamic team of problem solvers, marketers, creators, and technologists who thrive on experimentation and adaptive iteration.

  • Be part of an entrepreneurial-driven company that champions creative contribution, promotes merit-based ideation, and avoids bureaucracy.

  • Join a team with the vision and drive to become the next household name in telehealth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Designer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. If you’re a visual alchemist who loves fusing beautiful design with results-driven performance, this is the role for you. If you’re passionate about user-focused design, crafting engaging digital journeys, and redefining telehealth, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how patients experience our medical weight loss program. Your main focus will be on creating visually striking assets that tell our brand story and guide patients through a smooth onboarding and intake process, helping them achieve their goals with clarity and ease.

Your designs will embody our vision of a seamless, digital-first experience, driving measurable results, boosting engagement, and inspiring action at every step of the user journey. This is your chance to create work that not only looks great but also empowers users, builds trust, and helps them live healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and refine assets to enhance the adoption of care protocols.

1. Creative Conceptualization

  • Develop innovative concepts that align with the goals of our medical weight loss program, driving engagement and customer acquisition.

  • Collaborate with marketing team (ie. copywriters, signal testers) to ensure that your designs clearly communicate the intended message and vision.

2. Patient-Centered Design

  • Focus on every design detail to prioritize the patient experience, ensuring it meets their needs, overcomes their challenges, and supports their goals.

  • Design with empathy, considering the perspective of patients as they navigate their health journey.

3. Design for Measurable Results

  • Focus on creating designs that directly contribute to key performance metrics such as engagement rate, bounce rate, click-through rate, and conversions.

  • Create assets across various media channels, including landing pages, social media, and email campaigns, optimizing for performance.

  • Strategically use design elements such as white space, typography, and calls-to-action to guide patient decisions and drive desired actions.

4. Data-Driven Design and Testing

  • Leverage insights from analytics and A/B testing to refine your designs for improved performance.

  • Work closely with marketing manager and data analyst to understand how creative assets are impacting campaign results.

5. Continuous Optimization

  • Iterate on designs based on real-world performance data, keeping user feedback and campaign insights at the core of your refinements.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re excited by the idea of shaping a patient-first telehealth experience and thrive on creating designs that drive results, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in reimagining health and wellness, and let’s build something extraordinary together.
