About the Role

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support for a small business, with a focus on website support, security validation, and platform connectivity. You'll be the go-to person keeping third-party integrations running smoothly and ensuring core business platforms — Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Salesforce — stay securely connected and functioning. What You'll Do

• Provide support for third-party website issues, updates, and integrations

• Conduct security validation and ensure ongoing compliance across connected platforms

• Configure and maintain connections between platforms and services (Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, Salesforce)

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT support requests related to the tools and platforms in use

• Proactively identify and address connectivity or security issues before they impact the business

What You Bring

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams

• Experience with Salesforce

• General IT support skills, including platform connectivity and security validation

• Strong troubleshooting skills across a varied, multi-platform tool stack

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
