Imperator.co proudly collaborates with dYdX, contributing as a key team running the indexer for dYdX v4. Our role is critical in ensuring traders have access to accurate, real-time asset pricing and trading data. Our goal is to empower and educate, making the Cosmos ecosystem more accessible. Who we’re looking for

We are in search of a dynamic Marketing and Community Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts and strengthen our community engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong technical understanding to enhance our brand presence across various channels. The ideal candidate will manage and execute a broad range of marketing activities, from social media campaigns to partner collaborations, ensuring our message resonates with both new and existing stakeholders.

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating engaging content
• A self-starter who can initiate and drive projects independently
• Experience in conducting market research and applying data-driven insights to improve business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, press releases, and social media outreach.
• Lead community-building efforts through AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways, and podcast guest appearances.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to guide both tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain brand-building strategies across multiple channels.
• Manage the content calendar and oversee the production of diverse content types, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimizes engagement.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and network integrations.
• Supervise and collaborate with content creators to ensure quality and consistency.
• Forge and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden our market influence.
• Create and maintain a dynamic company newsletter.
• Utilize analytics to refine marketing strategies and increase efficacy.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms, enhancing our marketing efforts and insights.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Figma)
• A good sense of humor and appreciation for meme culture.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
