You'd be working on systems support, tooling, and helping build a custom observability platform in Python — because off-the-shelf monitoring doesn't cut it at this scale.
Capital markets / FIX experience is a plus, not a requirement. Appetite for learning is.
The vibe: small global team (US/APAC/EMEA), fully async, deeply technical. Leadership still codes. No hand-holding, no fluff.
Mainly focused on US and EMEA hires (we currently have people clustered in Belfast and North Macedonia); for APAC, we have solid leads. We don't have salary expectations to publish.
