What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3-10 years of sales or business development in SaaS or Recruitment.

✔️ Strong network or background in recruitment (tech).

✔️ High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.

✔️ Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Own the full US sales motion, generating pipeline and closing deals across remote and in-person channels.

✔️ Represent Spott at US events, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations.

✔️Work closely with a founder to refine sales process, tooling, and operating cadence to improve efficiency and execution.

✔️ Gather US customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product.
