You will design, develop and drive the implementation of advanced analytics solutions to address complex business problems, in collaboration with data specialists and business experts. About the role

• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods to analyse data from diverse data sources and proactively derive insights which inform decisions across the business
• Define hypotheses, execute relevant tests and experiments, evaluate and optimize models
• Summarise and communicate data insights clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• •Support the deployment and drive the adoption of machine learning solutions
• Write clean and reproducible code that can be maintained and improved upon and help continuously improve our models and processes
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders as well as data specialists to deliver projects efficiently

• Proven ability of deriving insights from diverse data sources and translating theminto clear and concise conclusions and recommendations
• Strong applied statistical skills and coding using SQL, as well as Python or R
• Ability to explain complex ideas and data insights clearly and succinctly to diverse groups
• Experience working effectively in cross functional teams
• Excellent English language skills
