An enterprise client focused on higher education is seeking a talented and experienced web designer to work with a programmer and project manager in developing the Digital Learning Hub for an educational leadership program.  The purpose of the Hub is to serve as a dynamic, collaborative space that supports the development of leading for equity through the use of digital tools and innovative learning approaches.Responsibilities:- Work closely with the programming team to design a visually appealing and intuitive user interface for the Learning Hub.- Create designs that align with the vision and goals of the project and adhere to the design language and branding of the client.- Use tools like Figma or Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.- Ensure the design is responsive and accessible, adhering to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement the designs, providing necessary assets and guidance to bring the vision to life.- Iterate on feedback-based designs, ensuring a user-centric and user-friendly experience.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a web application visual designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work on responsive and visually appealing websites.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.Please submit your hourly rate proposals along with relevant work experience.
