As a growth marketing lead, you will be critical to our efforts:
We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to help us build the interactive decision-making category, generate and capture demand, and lead digital marketing. You will partner with our business development, sales and product teams to develop, test, and execute experiments that drive new leads and pipeline. You’ll have a major impact on our business and growth trajectory. This includes:
Design, execute, refine and measure integrated campaigns and experiments across channels that drive demand, top of funnel acquisition, pipeline creation, and ultimately revenue generation (Examples of projects might be: building and managing a webinar program; creating and executing email marketing campaigns; developing and managing paid ads; owning ABM).
Come up with new ideas to generate pipeline, reach new valuable customer segments, increase demand, or increase conversion and expand successful projects into repeatable marketing programs.
Shape strategies for marketing automation and our tech stack to build a best-in-class marketing organization.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, track numbers, build forecasts, and report on progress to ensure we’re hitting our sales and marketing goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead growth marketing and serve as a founding member of the marketing team.
Craft a strategy and execute growth marketing plans across channels to acquire and retain customers.
Generate demand and build marketing campaigns and programs from scratch that drive predictable, repeatable, quantifiable growth. Set up and manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital ad experiments and campaigns.
Implement and oversee marketing automation, marketing operations, SEO, and campaign attribution tools.
Own quantitative analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance and manage spend.
Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.

IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
3-7 years in marketing, growth, business operations, management consulting, analytics, or a related field
Experience in B2B enterprise software and early-stage high-growth startups preferred
Experience with data analysis tools
