We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help improve and enhance the look and feel of a new unique platform that we are developing in Business Aviation industry. The successful candidate should have a strong track record of designing modern, user-friendly websites and mobile apps for Fortune 500 companies, and will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the website and mobile app using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.

• Develop and maintain a style guide and design system for the website and mobile app

• Ensure that the website and mobile app are visually appealing and easy to use, with a focus on Responsive UI and PWA hybrid mobile app technology

• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices and willing to suggest using those

• Work closely with our development team to guide and get designs implemented

• Mentor and guide junior designers on the team

• Collaborate and work closely with the IT development management, product team and founders of the platform

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years of experience designing for Fortune 500 companies

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, etc.)

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work using a public-facing website or app that

• Ready for two rounds of video interview and whiteboard / screenshare a solution to a design challenge

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.

• Experience using React libraries

• Experience with technical skills of Reactjs, Javascript, Es6, Pwa/capacitor/ionic frameworks with react js, Css3

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• Experience in atleast two live implementation of Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating and implementing dashboards

• Experience with user research and usability testing in the business aviation industry

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

• Experience leading and mentoring design teams
