Firstbase.io is hiring a Channel Partnerships Lead that will handle the execution of strategies to increase sales across multiple products alongside implementing and building new strategies for the Channel Partnerships team to reach the OKR goals. Channel Partnership Lead will source, nurture and grow some of Firstbase’s most strategic partnerships to allow the collaboration between companies to be seamless and drive high-volume results across all of Firstbase’s product suites and potentially APIs.
Firstbase builds partnerships with some of the most innovative B2B companies that are solving big problems on the market. This role requires a lot of engagement and ownership, the results of a well-nurtured channel partnership team can allow Firstbase to overachieve the OKRs quarter over quarter resulting in growth through all the product lines. This is a high-responsibility position suited to manage some of the most valuable relationships within the partnerships team.

The Channel Partnership Lead is responsible for leading and allowing the channel partnership team to have the tools for success quarter over quarter alongside participating in highly strategic discussions on the strategy with leaders across different business units.
