The Hotelplan Group is the leading Swiss tour operator in Europe. Digitalization is a crucial element of our strategy so we are looking for an experienced Digital/Web Analytics Specialist to support us in analysing and optimizing our digital channels.
About the role
- Help define and drive our web analytics strategy
- Analyse data from various online channels to provide insights and recommendations to optimize our digital channels and improve customer experience
- Manage web analytics tools and implement tracking codes and tags to collect timely and accurate data in collaboration with our product teams and developers
- Develop powerful dashboards that enable data-driven decisions in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with web analytics best practices, industry trends, and the latest tools and technologies.
About you
- Experience working in a digital marketing role where you analyse complex data to measure the performance of various online channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating complex data into clear and actionable insights
- A good understanding of digital marketing practices (including SEO and SEM) and experience with Google Marketing Platform including Google Tag Manager and Looker Data Studio
- Good SQL skills/Big Query are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and interest in the travel and hospitality industry
- Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
