We are Leaping AI (YC W25), a leading voice AI company based in San Francisco and Europe. In the last couple of months, we have grown rapidly in the home improvement vertical. We are signing up new customers rapidly and are hiring for an AI Deployment Strategist that can help us to onboard new home improvement clients and make them successful.

This will be a high responsibility role and you will ultimately own customer success for the customers you manage. Frequent travel is to be expected (approximately twice a month within the US - most of our customers sit on the East Coast).

Tasks:

• Create sales demoes using our voice AI platform
• Onboard customers either remotely or in person
• Own customer success for companies assigned to you (incl. weekly check-in calls)
• Use Python to code specialised scripts for certain tasks
• Set up Azure cloud functions
• Integrate our technology into customer stacks using APIs

Profile:

• 2+ years of full-time work experience (post-college) in a business role (consulting, high growth startup etc.). If you were formerly a software engineer, please do not apply. This role is more geared towards people previously in business roles, but that have some tech background.
• Background in CS or good coding skills in Python
• Native English language mastery is a must
• Great communication skills
• Willingness to travel often within the US
• Willingness to work hard
