About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline.

Your Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high demand role of customer outreach

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Position Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including email and phone and door-to-door

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients

  • Collaborate with the teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system

  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure they move through the sales pipeline

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets
