As our Founding Product Designer, you aren't just joining a team; you are helping define Blify’s product DNA. This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You will work directly with the co-founders to tackle a major challenge: bringing Consumer-Grade (B2C) UX into an Enterprise (B2B) environment. Your work will have an immediate impact on user engagement and client satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Co-CEO/CPO, you will own the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) of our platform:
Product Discovery & User Research: Conduct qualitative interviews with our users (managers, HR, employees) to identify needs, validate hypotheses, and steer the product roadmap.
UX/UI Design (Web & Conversational): Create fluid, intuitive user journeys. The challenge is twofold: designing sleek web interfaces and engaging conversational interactions (intelligent chatbots).
Design System & Craft: Build, maintain, and evolve our Design System in Figma to ensure visual consistency and development velocity.
Prototyping & Iteration: Rapidly produce mockups and prototypes to test concepts, collaborating closely with the Engineering team.
Design Culture: Champion and diffuse a culture of design excellence throughout the company.
Experience: 3-4+ years in Product Design, ideally within a Product-Led B2B SaaS or a B2C app known for superior UX.
Consumer Sensibility: You understand the engagement loops of consumer apps and know how to translate them into a professional context.
Technical Mastery: You are a Figma expert (Auto-layout, Components, and Variables hold no secrets for you).
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are autonomous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are still being built.
English: Professional proficiency required (International environment).
