Requirements

Strong Python backend experience with at least one major framework (Django preferred; FastAPI or Flask acceptable).
Strong background in API design and backend architecture.
Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications.
Excellence in database design, optimization, and data migrations.
Ability to model complex business processes into elegant data structures.
Comfort owning projects from start to finish.
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Clear written communicator with a strong preference for email over meetings
Regular, effective use of AI tools to work faster and smarter
Portfolio demonstrating structured, high-quality work

Bonus points:

Experience building AI-powered tools (RAG, LLMs, etc.)
Experience building ERP or CRM systems
Business process automation experience
Data integration and ETL knowledge
Familiarity with React or Next.js
Mad /giphy skills on Slack (or a desire to learn)
