What you’ll do

• Work closely with our team on customer support and product feedback.
• You’ll respond to users across email, Discord, and in-app feedback, use PostHog and AI tools to investigate issues, and follow up until they’re resolved.
• You’ll also identify recurring pain points and turn them into clear bug reports and short PRDs for our engineering team.

What we’re looking for

• Responsiveness and follow-through matter most.
• You communicate clearly, reply promptly during agreed working hours, and keep users updated on open issues.
• You’re detail-oriented, curious about AI and creative tools, and comfortable checking facts and asking for help when needed.
• Experience in customer support, community management, or product testing is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with users. You’ve managed a community, helped run a student organization, worked in customer support or product testing, or run a small project of your own. You know how to respond to questions, handle concerns, and follow through.
• Clear, empathetic written. You can understand where users are getting stuck and explain next steps in simple language, beyond copying a template.
• Proactive and organized. When you can’t resolve an issue yourself, you gather the relevant information, involve the right person, and track progress without needing constant reminders.
• A hands-on interest in products. You’re willing to reproduce bugs, explore PostHog, and try AI tools. Experience with video production or AI creation is a strong plus.
• Judgment. You can distinguish between a usability question, a product bug, and a result that doesn’t meet expectations. You verify uncertain information and avoid promising refunds or fix timelines without confirmation.

What you’ll gain

• Direct experience supporting a global community of AI creators.
• Close collaboration with our founders, product team, and engineers.
• Ownership of projects that improve the user experience.
• Practical experience building and evaluating AI-assisted support workflows.

How We Work

• Ownership is key, real responsibility, and autonomy
• Remote, flexible, async-friendly
• We value responsiveness — speed and communication matter
