Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

As the SDR Manager, you'll lead and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives who are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. Your leadership will drive the team’s ability to increase the sales pipeline and thus, the growth of Cyble.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of SDRs. Implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews and mentorship sessions. Cultivate a positive team environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and motivation. Pipeline Development:
Oversee the team's activities in prospecting new clients, lead generation, and funnel management. Ensure the delivery of a consistent volume of qualified opportunities to the sales team. Utilize and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Strategy & Process:
Develop and refine effective scripts, messaging, and sales tactics. Continuously analyze performance metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts, ensuring seamless lead transition and feedback loops. Training & Development:
Develop comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires. Conduct regular training sessions on products, market intelligence, and sales techniques. Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Market & Industry Insight:
Stay updated with the latest trends in cyber threat intelligence. Share knowledge with the team, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on industry movements. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales development, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT sector. Proven track record of leading and scaling SDR teams. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence products and services. Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with marketing and sales teams. What’s in it for you:
