🌟 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team and help us meet our ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential by enabling our sales team to do their best work. You’ll collaborate on sales plans and have a hand in key strategic decisions that will manage our current business needs while also keeping scalability at top of mind.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Manage an effective sales team; including coaching, setting goals, and monitoring performance.

  • Design and execute a strong and adaptive strategic business plan that meets evolving business needs.

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders to align on best practices and make sure your team is being used most effectively.

🙌 Qualifications & Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, preferably at a SaaS company or startup

  • You’re a strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail. You have a strong ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture.

  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving working environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership over your work. You’re a self-starter who stays highly accountable, with a strong ability to anticipate problems and implement effective solutions.
