Scope of work

In this role as a Video Animator, you will be working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to plan, create, and update animations and dynamic effects for video ad content. You will make a direct and meaningful impact on the quality and usability of Reforged Labs’ generated ads. You may also be asked to collaborate, where needed, with our AI operations team to deliver outputs consistent with our product features and customer specifications. 

Roles and responsibilities

• Create and integrate original animations and dynamic effects into video ads
• Ideate and storyboard animations and effects based on creative briefs, including selecting and applying colors and styles, creating new visual elements, and using design best practices to produce professional, appealing visuals 
• Where needed and requested, make revisions as to animations and effects to better align with video ad content and flow

Qualifications

• Fluency in Vietnamese and business proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, or equivalent 
• Familiarity / experience with graphic design and both 2D & 3D animation
• Experience with integrating animations into video content
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field

Compensation

• This is a contractor role (project-based until further notice) compensated based on Vietnam market rates
• Contracts will be renewed on a month-to-month basis, and monthly pay is US$700 or 17.7M VND
