Requirements
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help us scale to an order of magnitude more customers - from many dozens to hundreds. You'll be their primary point of contact to ensure they and their users are having a delightful experience using our products. Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has 2-4 years in account management, operations, consulting, or client-relations/partnership roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Can explain and sell our value to customers, proactively identify new opportunities for revenue growth, and interact with our leadership and engineering teams.
- Is excited to onboard several new customers weekly, troubleshoot common errors through to resolution, and expand revenue after we’ve landed and proven our value to new customers.
