What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with SF, Chicago, and NYC office locations. This role has remote work flexibility as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time.)
Location Eligibility: This position is not eligible for employment in the following locations: California, New York City Metropolitan Area, and Washington State
Role Responsibilities:
As a member of the Vouch Specialty team, you will be responsible for gaining interest in Vouch, supporting startups we serve through the brokerage application workflow, and creating opportunities for our broker team to add value during the initial sales, bind, and renewal processes, and make sure deals we close have the requisite and correct information to bind. This position will be responsible for speeding up our sales funnel by guiding internal and external referrals to our team to the right broker, supporting customers with service-related questions and requests post-bind, and supporting our agency billing process.
This is a unique role in that you will be a part of a small and agile team that is rapidly growing and you will be able to hone your client facing skills while also learning about the back-end operations to scale a best-in-class brokerage.

Salary Range:
The pay range for this role is: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
