About Uh-Oh Labs

Uh-Oh Labs is a medical diagnostics and health tech company reinventing how people receive and utilize their health information, starting with low-cost but highly accurate diagnostics. Our first product is an FDA-authorized COVID-19 test which allows for PCR-quality results at a fraction of the price. Currently the tested is authorized for point-of-care only, but we are in the process of our over-the-counter (OTC) approval.

Beyond COVID, we're leveraging our platform to develop additional tests for STIs, UTIs, and more, with a focus on the consumer and enterprise market. Our app-based interface also allows us to provide additional features to compliment diagnostic testing, and an important part of the product will be adding value to our diagnostics products through our app.

Job Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Specialist for our UOL COVID-19 Test as we gear up for our OTC launch. This Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for the company. They will need to leverage data across all marketing channels as well as customer feedback to continue to iterative and improve upon our digital marketing strategy. They will also be initially responsible for managing Uh-Oh Lab's social and online profiles in coordination with the marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be working closely with the Chief Business Officer as well as sales & marketing team to share findings and inform digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities of this Role

  • Creating, launching, and managing all online / digital campaigns for the OTC product.
  • Creating visual concepts for promotional activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report website and digital content usage data using various digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Monitor visitors click-through and drill down to the determine appropriate layout, positioning, and flow of digital content and website.
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar.
  • Maintaining the online presence of the company.
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content.
  • Creating and updating digital marketing reports to Leadership.
  • Works closely with the Product Marketing Manager to select key words and messaging for campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of web publishing
  • Proficiency with SEO tools
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
