As the supply team's Engineering Manager , you will support our integrations with international credit bureaus, bank data providers, payroll systems, OCR systems, fraud systems, and other entities that power our platform (you can read more here). You will work closely with our Data Science (DS) teams to map data to our pipelines that feed our DS processes, as well as all other critical downstream teams that leverage the supply platform and partner closely with Nova Credit's Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and our extended Go-to-Market Team.

YOUR SKILLSET:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years leading high-impact engineering teams.
  • Mission & Impact Driven: Passionate about making a significant impact at Nova Credit.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in integrating external APIs, utilizing related protocols, scaling systems that consume these APIs, and interacting with external parties while doing so.
  • First principle pragmatic thinker: Creative problem-solving skills, with a capacity to work on complex issues requiring detailed analysis, integration across various teams, and tight execution
  • Team Development: Eager to mentor and scale your team’s capabilities in a collaborative environment, including partnering closely with Recruiting and People to hire and onboard new team members when needed.
