What You Will Do:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Based Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of our ABM campaigns targeting key accounts, from initial strategy to performance analysis. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, create personalized campaigns, and measure their effectiveness. This position requires a strong understanding of the principles of ABM, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results through innovative marketing campaigns.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns that effectively target and engage key accounts, leading to increased engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and design tailored marketing strategies that address their unique needs and challenges.
- Create personalized content and messaging for target accounts that resonate with their pain points and industry trends.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed successfully.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and in alignment with company goals.
- Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM and B2B marketing.
- Use data to identify high-potential customer segments and target accounts for focused sales efforts.
- Provide training and support to new sales hires on company products, sales processes, and tools.
- Work with marketing to ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team and help define lead scoring criteria and manage lead assignment rules.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

What Specific Experience You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM.
- Proven track record of executing successful ABM campaigns that have resulted in increased engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with a growth mindset and a willingness to test new approaches and learn from them.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
