  • Schedule and document all interview activity and updates through our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency and professionalism and a “no task to small” mindset.
  • Build a strong relationship with hiring managers and interviewers, acting as a partner to provide any information required for interviews, improve processes, or adjust schedules as needed.
  • Take on special projects as needed related to Recruiting, Events, and People Operations, etc.

  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Calendar/scheduling expertise of onsite, phone and virtual interviews (Zoom preferred)
  • Experience optimizing and utilizing an ATS (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Comfort pivoting quickly and operating with a sense or purpose and urgency
  • Strong commitment to and passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience
  • Team-player mentality, with a willingness and desire to proactively offer solutions and go where you’re needed most
  • Willingness to travel up to 1-2 times a month for hosting candidates depending on location, and ability to be in office 3 or more days a week
