Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' specific needs and challenges.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing Kodo’s solutions and their direct relevance to client requirements.
  • Clearly articulate Kodo’s value proposition, highlighting unique selling points during client interactions.

2. Understanding Client Requirements:

  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to understand client needs identified during the prospecting phase.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis discussions with potential clients to deeply understand their challenges and goals.
  • Translate client requirements into customized solutions, addressing pain points effectively during presentations.

3. Deal Negotiation and Closure:

  • Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and relationship-building.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling, and promptly address concerns.

5. Market Feedback and Collaboration:

  • Gather market feedback during client interactions and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance Kodo’s offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the SaaS industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, ability to understand client pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales-related tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
