We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Japan! As part of the APAC marketing function, this position will work together with Rescale’s Sales team to strategize, execute and optimize integrated campaigns that grow brand awareness, penetration and engagement at target accounts. This high-visibility role will be responsible for influencing new pipeline generation, accelerating existing opportunities, and driving customer growth within key accounts.

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

  • Building a marketing strategy that supports Rescale’s Sales motion, focusing on account penetration, relationship progression, and revenue acceleration. 

  • Working with Account Executives (AEs) to understand buying teams, pain points, and personas within new target accounts and existing customers. 

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven Account Based Marketing including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, email nurture, multi-channel digital activities, and live/online events and webinars.  

  • Building and owning the creation of enterprise-specific nurture paths for key personas at these accounts.

  • Develop value proposal for co-marketing, share marketing content, and track performance toward driving demand and awareness through reseller partners

  • Identifying the most effective marketing messages (i.e. one-to few vs. one-to-one), channels, and calls to action to leverage for Japan tailored campaigns.  

  • Finding ways to develop case study and customize active demand generation to enhance  brand awareness at target accounts.

  • Report and track program performance as tied to quarterly and annual targets. Regularly measure, optimize and share marketing results with sales and marketing stakeholders. 

  • Engage with our partnerships team to manage ad-hoc, co-marketing programs for priority partner accounts. 

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing or integrated marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise marketing programs at a tech or software company. Prior experience with ABM and/or marketing to technical audiences (e.g. IT, software engineers, engineers, scientists etc.) is a plus. 

  • Demonstrated relationships with past sales and account development teams to create outreach plans and deliver campaign results. 

  • A working knowledge of field, event, content, PR, Channel Marketing(MDF) and digital marketing tactics as well as developing email nurture campaigns and outbound email cadences. This should be accompanied with a high understanding of marketing metrics and ability to derive actionable conclusions and report out on results. 

  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce or other comparable tools is required.
