Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• The 3D Motion Designer will partner closely with the creative team to create layout, implementation, optimization of environment, interactive objects and systems (including models, textures and shaders).

• Asset optimization - topology reduction, draw call reduction, texture baking, etc.

• Quickly solve issues and collaborate with your cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrate broad technical expertise to assist in a wide variety of technical and artistic tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in either the game, film or interactive agency industries as a 3D artist.

• Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine and Redshift required

• Experience with one or more commercial game engines (e.g. Unreal or Unity).

• Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting animation physic and particle systems. Expertise in asset creation packages like Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, Knald, Marmoset, Photoshop, etc.

• Virtual reality experience.

• Experience working in a variety of visual styles, layout and level design.

• Must have strong time management and prioritization skills. Task driven, self-motivated, proactive & works well under deadlines
