Mid/Senior Cinematics Animator Fully Remote, UK Spliced Inc. The Role:

Playing a key role in our gameplay/cinematic animation team, you will be passionate about your craft and excited to show us your demo reel with exciting, engaging and unique cinematics that bolster gameplay sequences.

This role will see you working with not only the Cinematics Director but other disciplines including animation, art, design and tech-art to collaborate in creating the best possible cinematic experiences with the given resources. 

One of the amazing things about this role is the chance to get in at a relatively early stage on a new AAA game. There is a lot of scope for the game, world and team to grow further, you can use your unique skill-set and abilities to have a meaningful influence on the look and feel of our cinematics. 

About You: Demonstrable experience working on cinematics for games or film and TV. Multiplayer experience a bonus. (Awesome showreel to demo!) Experience working with animation systems and pipelines for games, including rigging, skeletons, anim graphs, ragdolls, IK, morph, facial animations, etc. Editing skills in Adobe Premiere (or similar) and Maya. Experienced with Unreal Engine Sequencer. (Ground up cinematic sequences) Cinematography skills. You’ll have a good artistic eye for composition, particularly for camera shots and movement. Creative mind. You can tell a story. Come up with original ideas for what the shots should look like and spark the director’s imagination.
