Job Description:

This role encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities including business operations, customer success, sales, and marketing. You will have a lot of autonomy to achieve results, while also receiving feedback and guidance from teammates.

This role requires a hands-on approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortability wearing many hats. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to take on the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing key business processes and general activity
  • Support day-to-day business operations, client relationships and customer inquiries
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead qualification data in Hubspot
  • Collaborate to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Use Hubspot to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement
  • Draft important customer facing documents and reports
  • Use data-driven decision-making to make suggestions on improving business processes

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of (cumulative) work experience
  • Excitement about new technologies and user experience
  • Proactive and motivated by big challenges
  • Eagerness to understand our customers' needs
  • You care about the details and hold yourself to the highest standard of work product
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with technology products/services
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends

Additional Details:

-Fully remote role

-Equipment provided

-Full time (40 hours/week) preferred, but also open to discussing a part time opportunity with the right candidate

-This is NOT an engineering internship

-Core hours: 8am-2pm EST, Monday-Friday. Additional (weekday) scheduled hours TBD
