Summary

The dYdX Operations subDAO is dedicated to supporting the operation of a dYdX Chain Indexer, as well as the web, iOS, and Android front-ends for the dYdX Chain. This effort is central to our mission of advancing the dYdX ecosystem and supporting the broader dYdX community.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team. The TPM will play a critical role in the dYdX Operations SubDAO, overseeing key technical initiatives related to validator communications, frontend deployments, and infrastructure maintenance and optimization.

The TPM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including validators, developers, and infrastructure engineers, to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical participants of the dYdX Ecosystem, acting as the primary point of contact for technical matters at the subDAO.
• Coordinate communication channels for updates, issue resolution, and technical discussions.
• Develop and implement processes for partner onboarding, technical support, and documentation.

Frontend Deployment Support:

• Support the Frontend deployment process for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes and troubleshooting guides.

Community Engagement:

• Actively participate in the dYdX community, representing the Operations SubDAO and providing technical insights.
• Contribute to technical discussions, proposals, and initiatives.

DevOps Collaboration:

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a software development or blockchain environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, especially Cosmos SDK blockchains, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Understanding of Web3 and dApps, including the unique technical and operational considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end deployment processes and infrastructure management.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
