Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and data scientists, to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
Design and create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our dashboards and check-out products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
Create high-fidelity UI designs, including icons, illustrations, and visual elements, while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to design guidelines.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve product usability and functionality.
Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analytics insights, and user behavior patterns.
You will have:
Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the field of
payments, data analytics, SaaS, or a related industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including user-centered design
principles, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar
software.
