Exo Freight provides next-generation technology that is transforming trucking logistics. Every day in the US, there are still hundreds of thousands of truck loads that are booked and coordinated by phone, fax or email. Exo Freight automates the process and adds logistics, banking, and management technology to help shippers like Walmart manage and source trucking capacity, and to help trucking companies manage their fleet and get paid quickly. Our starting point is open deck shipping - a $135 Billion dollar market - which is how you transport large and odd shaped loads.

We have clear product market fit with over $2m per month revenue growing over 20% MoM. We just closed a large Series A round and are dramatically scaling up the company and engineering organization as quickly as possible.

About the Role  You will be the first team member on our product marketing team. This role will be an individual contributor role helping us build out processes and strategies as well as implement and execute a product marketing engine.

This person will be leading product marketing across 2 main products, our Shipper facing TMS and our driver facing web app, invoice factoring product, and embedded financial products. 

What you’ll be doing: Building out user journeys  Manage ads, landing pages, and webflow website pages with support from design team Using data to actively A/B test Develop product messaging that differentiates us from others in the market Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales team Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches Use market research data to determine product pricing Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage

Qualifications Need to have 5+ years of full-time employment as a product marketer, ideally at high growth companies Experience conducting customer interviews Experience analyzing data and running A/B experiments The drive to own a growing piece of an expanding organization Excellent communication skills Experience working with B2B products, analytics focused B2B marketing is a plus Experience with SEO, SEM, or other relevant channels Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager

Location We are location-agnostic; you are welcome to work: Fully remote In-person out of our office in Royal Oak, Michigan Hybrid You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
