In this role, you’ll:

Work on multiple projects at once, collaborating with other developers, designers, project managers, and strategists on a variety of engagements
Help expand our codebase, workflows, and tools, while maintaining focus on reliability and scalability
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Work on complex projects involving advanced technologies and integrations, alongside our core offerings (like WordPress)

To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

Extensive experience with WordPress development, including custom plugins, functionality, themes, data structures, and integrations
Strong ability with Git, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS
Demonstrated expertise in integrating REST APIs and GraphQL
Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms, with bonus points for hands-on experience in implementing SSO in web applications
Proficiency with search technologies like Algolia or similar platforms
Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and libraries like React or VueJS
A solution-oriented mentality and the perspective, context, and awareness to solve complex problems in a sustainable way
5+ years of experience building cool stuff for the internet, and a commitment to continuous learning (for yourself and others)
Availability to work at least 5 hours overlap with 9-5pm ET
A genuine desire to make a positive impact through quality work
