We achieved all of this in just 6 weeks and are looking for someone who's self-driven and autonomous to build product that customers will be using every day as a core part of their workflows.

In short, you’re going to be one of the defining pieces of our team as we scale to $5M ARR in the next 18 months.

How you will grow?

As you get more experience on the team, you'll also have the opportunity to own our expansion into LinkedIn automation, which will help us scale and boost response rates. This product stack is going to be critical in achieving net cohort expansion with existing customers, and you will get to design and build it out end-to-end.

What will you work on?

This job will require you to be a Swiss army knife of an engineer. On any given day, you may be:

• building LangChain pipelines and fine-tuning models to convert unstructured data about a lead into a compelling email
• hunting down, scraping, and structuring data from an obscure dataset that we need to add to our platform
• finding elegant ways to search over multi-gigabyte data dumps
• hyper-polishing a marketing automation UI
• or all of the above

What we are looking for?

We’re looking for a talented full-stack engineer to help us build out our automated prospecting, enrichment, and email personalization pipeline alongside our CTO, Neel, who was formerly at Google and did CS at Harvard (top 5%). You’ll be wrangling tens of gigabytes of data a day, using GPT4 and genAI tools to create hyper-personalized messaging at scale, and tackling some incredibly challenging web scraping and data processing tasks. To start, you’ll be building out an intuitive but deeply powerful user interface that our customers will be using every day as a core part of their workflows.

If you’re good at (or can pick up on) functional-style TypeScript, readable and writeable data streams, TypeScript ORMs, and message queues, you’ll impress him.

Where will we be working?

We will be working 3 days in person in NYC 10am to 10pm in a private office with flexibility to work 2 days remote. We are looking for someone self-driven who can work 55-60 hours a week, and we will compensate you well to make it worth your while.
