Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, who can not only excel in data analysis but also take ownership of customer relationships. In this role, you'll operate as an independent contributor, working directly with enterprise clients to provide data insights while also managing all aspects of the client relationship—much like a Customer Success Manager. You’ll ensure clients achieve their business goals using our data products and build long-term partnerships with them.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage end-to-end data projects.
- Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, with a focus on managing enterprise client relationships.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working independently.

Independent Data Analysis: Work closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights that help them achieve their business objectives.

Customer Success: Take full responsibility for the success of your clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring they maximize the value of our data products. Handle support requests, escalations, and proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Ensure customers are satisfied and help them get the most out of our data services.

Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of data projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and successful outcomes for the client.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and other internal teams to align our data solutions with client needs, offering feedback and insights to drive improvements.
