We need a Gaming Recruiter on a remote basis to help build the best AAA Open World RPG Web3 game & launch more projects though the biggest p2e incubator.

What We Need:

An experienced gaming recruiter to source and recruit qualified candidates for open roles at our game development studios. Your primary focus will be filling open positions in our studio Game Development teams including Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production and others as needed. You will partner with hiring managers to drive candidate hiring process forward including: create new job descriptions, sourcing and building your own candidate pipeline, manage candidate testing, interview potential candidates, evaluate candidates potential fit for hire, organize interview schedules, and close offers.

What You Will Do:Your primary focus will be filling open positions in our studio Game Development teams including Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production and others as needed.Participate in all recruiting events including but not limited to job fairs, virtual-recruiting job fair, open houses, and public speaking eventsProactively research and be aware of current industry events, trends, and how to use that intel to our advantageCandidate sourcing, and aggressively looking for creative ways to find the talent we needDevelop and maintain relationships with industry colleagues, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates Who We Think Will Be A Good Fit: We are going through hypergrowth. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred candidate will have 3+ years’ experience as an in-house recruiter in video game development/or creative studio environment ( games, animation, VFX)Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with swiftly changing prioritiesExcellent organizational skills & multitasking abilitiesAccustomed to documenting your work daily in an ATS. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlinesStrong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levelsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCreative, flexible, and innovative team player
