• Great teamwork abilities
• At least 6 years experience in software development utilizing modern software development practices
• Experience with cloud development, especially AWS
• Proven expertise in architecting, managing and optimizing large-scale distributed databases
• Experience with Go and/or Python - a plus
• Passion for creating better software development tools
