We are searching for an experienced, highly motivated, and creative professional with a passion for connecting current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts. You will ensure a standard of excellence in brand awareness and marketing positioning while leading the team through successful social media and content marketing strategies to attract and obtain market share. 

*Note: This is not a graphic design position. A great eye for design is a bonus, but this position will not require any design.

  • Coordinate, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, content, email, social media, and advertising campaigns while working in close partnership with cross-functional teams 

  • Advise the team on marketing matters and execute a quarterly strategic marketing plan 

  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish while maintaining brand standards 

  • Research marketing trends, competition, and audience findings to evaluate the effectiveness and present findings to the team 

  • Identify new and innovative growth strategies

  • Improve marketing standards by delivering innovative and creative ideas to generate campaign leads for sales and revenue purposes

  • Create social media strategies to build and maintain our social media presence

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns 

  • Manage all media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Linkedin, newsletters, and blog posts 

  • Engage with and respond to users on social media 

  • Create social advertising audiences, test, and refine audiences for most impact 

  • Develop clear, compelling copy for various mediums (i.e., ads, blog posts, social media, newsletters, etc.)

  • Create newsletter campaigns to various audiences and report and track their results 

  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message 

  • Manage website content, SEO development, and track analytics to ensure all content is updated and relevant 

  • Meet deadlines in a fun, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Ensure projects are completed with attention to detail while staying on schedule  

  • Manage and/or collaborate on special projects as needed 

  • Stay informed on marketing/design trends both inside and outside the real estate industry

  • Build long term relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies 

Requirements Preferred Experience

  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field required, or equivalent work related experience. 

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional work experience

  • Proven experience delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns through to market launch 

  • Experience with google analytics, paid advertising, keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign driven ad management 

  • Experience in social, print, broadcast, and digital media

  • Strong copywriting skills for social media content, brand narratives, marketing campaigns, and website content 

  • In depth understanding of SEO and best practices for copy on websites 

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 

  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively on a multitude of projects 

  • Experience managing and collaborating with a team of independent thinkers

  • Experience with detailed event planning

  • Versatile thinker and able to problem solve with a can-do attitude 

  • Works well with constructive feedback and stays cool under pressure

  • Ability to bring creative ideas and concepts to the table 

  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions 


  • Excellent organization, project management, and written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills

  • High competency in project and stakeholder management 

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 

  • Experience confidently communicating strategy ideas in a pitch setting

  • A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work 

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams

  • Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, and fun collaborator 

  • Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics 

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Instinctual design and marketing knowledge 

  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design and the Adobe CC Suite is a plus 

  • Experience with website management

  • Experience with Mail Chimp

  • Experience creating reels

Salary Range

  • $60,000-$90,000

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with additional hours as needed to support business initiatives.

Some event planning and participation on evenings and weekends is required.
