Role Overview

As our founding product engineer, you’ll have full-stack ownership AI-native products with real-life impact. You will meet clinical teams, learn their needs, and create solutions that solve their problems. Your work will help thousands of clinical team members spend more time with their patients.

Responsibilities

• Plan out and deliver full-stack AI products for clinical, back-office, and front-office teams
• Meet clinical teams to learn their painpoints and discover new opportunities
• Analyze product usage to update our product strategy
• Build evals, inference pipelines, and agent harnesses to solve real-life problems
• Debug issues and improve core infrastructure performance

Requirements

• In-person in San Francisco
• 1-3 years experience building software products for non-technical audiences
• Full-stack fundamentals: React, Typescript, Python, and Postgres
• Interest in a career owning impact instead of just code

Nice-to-haves

• UX/UI design background
• Previous experience building solutions for healthcare workers
• Product management experience
• Forward deployed engineering experience
• Business analytics experience
