About Conductor

We're a small, in-person team in San Francisco building the first AI orchestrator.

Conductor lets you run a team of coding agents on your Mac. We launched a few months ago, and are now used by engineers at leading companies like Linear, Vercel, Notion, Stripe, and Y Combinator. One user told me:

• Charlie and Jackson met eight years ago when we played ultimate frisbee together at Brown. Last year, we quit our jobs at Point72 and Netflix to start Conductor together.

We’re looking for a founding product designer who can help us create beautiful and intuitive interfaces for the next generation of IDEs and shape our brand.

Compensation

Pay

Compared to similar companies at our stage, we aim to pay roughly median salary and 90th percentile equity.

We give out more stock than other companies because we hire less, and each employee can make an unusually large impact.
